The apple biscuits of Delices and Gourmandises are made with:
– 125gr wheat flour
– 200gr brown sugar
– 100gr soft butter
– 2 eggs
– 1 apple
– 1 pack of baking powder
– 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
Mix the butter and the sugar in a bowl. Add the eggs one by one and mix well. Pour the flour and the baking powder without stopping working the dough, and then add the cinnamon. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Grate the apple and add it to the dough. Mix well.
Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. With a spoon, take small amounts of dough that you will slightly flatten while putting them on the sheet. Delices and Gourmandises advise you to make sure you leave about 3 to 5 cm between each biscuit.
Let them cook in the oven for about 20 minutes.
