The recipe is simple, you have to beat the eggs and sugar until the mixture becomes white and smooth, and then incorporate the softened butter, diced. When the mixture is all smooth, add well sifted flour previously mixed with baking powder. And that’s all! The sweet cake dough is ready. All you have to do is to pour the dough in a buttered and floured tin and bake for about 45 minutes at 180 ° C in your oven.
For the salty version, you can replace butter with olive oil. Beat the eggs and add warm milk (about 15 cl). Then pour the flour and baking powder and mix well. Add softened butter or olive oil (about 6 tablespoons) to the dough, stir again and add 50 gr of grated cheese.
